Just a heads up: On March 24, 2025, starting at 4:30pm CDT / 19:30 UTC, the site will be undergoing scheduled maintenance for a few hours. During this time, the site might be unavailable for a short while. Thanks for your patience.
×I used the Employee Handbook template to create a page and the header says Welcome to and then the word Company is inside angle brackets. I can't figure out how to change that to my company name. It only lets me delete the word, not the brackets. It seems like it's a global variable I can set and use, which would be great, but can't for the life of me find where these are set.
Hello Angela,
Welcome to Atlassian Community!
It’s possible to customize the system templates, so you can edit the Employee Handbook, and then when you create new pages, it will have your company’s name.
Please, go to Cog icon > Global templates and Blueprints.
On this page, you can see all the templates, so search for Employee Handbook and click on Edit (the first one).
Then, just make the modifications you need and save.
Hope this helps!
Kind regards,
Angélica
