How do I have permissions to create a new space for my team?

I have been trying to get persmissions to be able to create a new parent confluence space for my team. I have the approval from my manager.

Hi @Saurabh Vinayak Sakalkar , permissions to create Spaces in Confluence are provided by an administrator. Have you contacted your admin?
