I checked the audit logs and it seems this is not in there. We need to be able to find out when and who gave product accesses to certain users. It'd be great if anyone could help us with this. thanks.

Sorry, there might have been a misunderstanding. I meant we need to check who granted the access to the Atlassian products our users currently have. So we want to know who gave JSM access to user A, or who gave Confluence and JIRA access to user B, etc...
