How do I set up a Style sheet in confluence Cloud

I've recently changed from Confluence Server to Confluence Cloud and I can't find how to change the style sheet (not the PDF export style sheet) or the colour scheme other than the 2 colours for the left side bar, but not the Space side bar.

How do I customize my spaces in Cloud?

We've been using Cloud for several months now. The only color I've been able to change is the sidebar.

There's at least one add-on that lets you apply Themes to spaces, but I'm not sure that's what you're looking for.

Good to know I wasn't missing something. 

Based on the reviews on that add-on, I don't think it's quite what I need, but I might give it a try in the future.
