How do I solve this error in Confluence?

This error occurs when I try to access a space. The space never loads and I am either stuck on a loading screen or the following error is displayed:

Happy to help. I'd like to know more about the extent of this problem.

1. Does this occur only on this one space? 
2. If you were to search in Confluence for a page that is in that space and click on it, can you visit that page?
3. Are other users able to replicate this?
4. Does the problem occur on all other browsers? (i.e. Firefox, Chrome, IE, Safari, Edge, etc.)
5. If you were to put Confluence in Safe Mode, does the issue persist?
6. Lastly, are there any special macros on the overview (home page) of that space that might cause the issue?
