How to add multiple excel sheets in Confluence page?

Following the link Insert Microsoft Office macros | Confluence Cloud | Atlassian Support,

I can insert Excel into Confluence page.

But it only allows me to insert the first sheet. I have multiple sheets in the document. 

How can I add all sheets into Confluence page?

There is no option to select a sheet in the dialogue.

I found the solution.

To import a multi-sheet Excel file into a Confluence page, use the Table Spreadsheet macro from the "Table Filter, Charts & Spreadsheets for Confluence" app.

Steps:

1. In edit mode, click the "+" button in the toolbar and select Table Spreadsheet from the macro browser.
2. Once the spreadsheet interface loads, click File → Import and upload your Excel file (.xlsx or .csv) from your local device.
3. Edit the spreadsheet as needed, including switching between sheets or modifying data.
4. Click Publish to save and embed the spreadsheet on the Confluence page.

This macro supports multiple sheets, formulas, and interactive editing, making it ideal for managing complex Excel files directly in Confluence.

You can add multiple excel files within your Confluence space and then you can add one by one excel macro to Confluence page and refer it to your excel file accordingly.

You're right — by default, Confluence only displays the first sheet of an Excel file. If you're looking to work with multiple sheets, you might want to try the Simple Table app. It lets you upload Excel files and choose which sheet to display directly in the Confluence page.

It's a free app and could be a good workaround until native support improves. Hope that helps! 😊
