A quick search indicates that these macros are part of a 3rd-party app. You may need to install the Cloud version of the app in your Cloud instance.
You can check in the Atlassian Marketplace to find the app you used in your previous instance to find out if there is an equivalent Cloud version and anything you might need to do to use that one instead.
