How can I copy e.g. 345 pages all at once from one space into another without losing the content that is filled in the scaffolding macros. Similar to the function "Copy with scaffolding" but with multiple or better a large number of pages.
We managed to copy approx 400 pages all at once, but all were empty (no scaffolding content copied)
Iman here from the Appfire team, and I'm pleased to provide further details regarding your inquiry.
Unfortunately, at this time, Scaffolding does not support the bulk copying of pages along with their XML data. The "Copy with Scaffolding XML" feature is currently limited to individual pages, allowing you to copy them one at a time while preserving their Scaffolding data.
We have submitted a feature request to our product team regarding this matter. Please be assured that no feature request is overlooked; however, these requests are evaluated based on the priorities set by the product management and development teams, which consider community demand, feasibility, and effort.
As a workaround, you may want to explore the following options:

Hi @Dipali Sharma and welcome to the Community.
While I'm not familiar with the Scaffolding macro, I faced a similar situation and depending on the nature of the app, there might be three ideas you can try.
Scenario 1
The app is configurable per space. In this case, ensure that you have the exact same configuration / setup both in the Source and the Targe space.
Hypothesis: when you copy a page, the macro-specific metadata is copied but, as there's no corresponding app setup in the target space, the content is not rendered.
Scenario 2
The app is active throughouot the Confluence site but the native Confluence copy feature ignores its content.
You can try a dedicated content copy app. Appfire have their Comala Publishing app available for Data center too.
What this app does it is effectively clones the space, hook line and sinker. So it might do a better job than Confluence.
Scenario 3
Combination of 1 and 2. You will have to replicate the Scaffolding setup in the target space AND use the specialized copy/sync/clone app.
