In Confluence, there's no direct way to create subfolders like in a traditional file system.
However, you can organize your pages in a hierarchical structure, which acts like folders and subfolders.
For example, you create new Page Content -> Then click Create button at Page content to create child page.
Besides, you can drag and drop pages in the sidebar to move them under other parent pages.
