Hi,
I have several weekly recurring meetings with tasks. For these meetings, I copy the previous meeting notes and paste them into a new one. I need to keep track of tasks, which usually span multiple meetings. When I copy a recurring meeting in Confluence, it creates a duplicate of all the tasks. How can I keep the tasks there, without creating a copy of them, and still create new meeting notes?
The only workaround I can think of is to continue using the same Meeting Notes and updating it each week. This is not ideal as we'll lose meeting history for a given week.
Hi Derek,
perhaps you could maintain the tasks on a separate page and include this task page in every meeting page?
Cheers,
Kirstin
Hi,
please look at the Plugin "Meeting Time for JIRA". Maybe it helps you for the meetings:

Thanks Kirstin. I ended up using your suggestion and created a separate Action Items page. Then embedded it in the weekly meeting notes using Include Page macro.
