I am trying to keep my pages as clean as possible and the expand tab is a great way to do this. However the content I am creating in these tabs isn't listed in the table of contents.
Only part of my page is utilizing expand.
I tested this on our test instance and it worked fine for me - this is what I did:
The hidden section (Title 3) still shows on the ToC macro even when the expand was closed.
Can you provide a screenshot of what you're seeing?

Oops, I didn't paste in my first paragraph. I tried your directions, but the headings inside the Expand section are only linkable from the ToC when the Expand is opened. They are all visible, just nothing happens when you click them. Since Expand sections are closed by default when you open the page, it makes the ToC useless. Can you confirm whether I am doing something wrong here?
