How to let customers access Confluence spaces?

Hello,

I've installed Questions for Confluence trial version on our Confluence but our customers can't access see/access any of the spaces including Questions for Confluence via: domain.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces. I was under the impression that not only administrator/agent users, but also our customers can access Questions for Confluence and ask/answer questions..

Hi @Enkhtaivan Ganbat

think you're working with anonymous access? Means you gave access for anonymous users - did you give access for spaces too?
Have a look on point Granting public access to a space

I don't think that Questions for Confluence for anonymous users does not work yet - have a look on this ticket CONFCLOUD-51768 and give it a vote.  (Works fine for Server version by the way....)

Hope I could help!

No, I'm not talking about anonymous users. I want our customers (users who can login and create requests on jira service desk) to be able to access the Questions for Confluence space on our Confluence cloud instance.. below is the screenshot of the error when I try to access domain.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces while logged in as a customer, not agent/administrator.

Which group do the costumers belong to? Did you give at least view permission for this space for the group they belong to? (talking about the costumers)

According to your Screenshot it looks like you are somewhere where the group doesn't have even view rights.

What are the settings for Questions for Confluence? Have a look to this  description.
