Hi There,
How to maintain a knowledge base? how to keep on tracking out dated docs and wikis ?
Hi @suzan_sadek
you might check out Breeze.
It is a Content Lifecycle Management solution for Confluence Cloud that establishes review and archiving workflows and helps you eliminate outdated pages to keep your Confluence free of clutter.
It sounds like a perfect fit for your use case and features
👉 Feel free to give it a try or schedule an appointment with me for a personal demo.
Cheers, Adrian from B1NARY (the developers of Breeze)

We have just released the cloud version of the Better Content Archiving for Confluence app, that has been available for self-hosted Confluence site for about 15 years!
It is a tool that tremendously helps maintaining the quality, reliability, accuracy of Confluence managed content. It has been used with great success on sites even with several hundred thousand pages, so it should work for you, too.
(Discl. it is a paid and supported app developed by our team.)
