How to publish from MadCap Flare to Confluence Cloud

I use MadCap Flare as a help authoring tool in my organization. What is the proper reference format for connecting Flare to Confluence to publish content?

For example for publishing to SharePoint, I select File System and enter the URL to SharePoint.

I've tried using https://{company}.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces and other variations, but none of them allow me to connect to Confluence and upload content.

How do I accomplish this with MadCap Flare?

I've had the same quesiton for a while, would love to know if anybody has figured it out.

I don't think there is a way. I've been trying to implement my Flare help output as a Forge app for Confluence, but creating an app is SO confusing.
