I have a page where I would like to track the updates from different pages and get notifications of any changes to the pages. Is there a tool/macro/template which can be used for this?
Hey @Kristin Lyons thanks for the recommendation!
Hello @Himanshi Sharma welcome to the community!
As @Kristin Lyons suggests, it sounds like the capability you are looking for is not something that is available in Confluence. Fortunately this is where the Atlassian Marketplace can help, there are many apps available to make Confluence work for you. This includes Comala Document Management and Comala Document Control that can help you manage your document review and approval process.
Comala Document Management allows you to build completely customised review processes in addition to the preset workflows available in Comala Document Control.

Any user can watch a page, space or blog if they're not an admin as long as you have access to it. You can find the documentation with instructions here - https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/watch-pages-spaces-and-blogs/
It will then send you an email notification when changes are made. However, are you looking to have updates for pages tracked within Confluence itself?

Thank you for replying.
No, what I meant was to receive the notifications, and then they should go via a middle team that would decide which updates to send further. Is this much of customization possible through some tool or macro?

@Himanshi SharmaIt sounds like you would benefit from using Comala https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1215729/comala-document-control?hosting=cloud&tab=overview This allows pages to have reviews done before being published.
