I am an admin but I am seeing incorrect user listing

I am getting incorrect Users information in a space that I'm administrating
-- In the first image (yesterday) I (David Stephensen) am shown as an admin but have invited status along with Ajay (our consultant) . In the second screen snap (today) the principal client, Shane, is shown as Invited, when he has been busily reviewing the space. At one stage he was locked out of the space. I tried to remove him from ORG ADMIN because that may have stopped his access to the space. I could not do this.
We imported the space from a different account. It seems to work OK.
I am concerned that I am seeing this wrong information.
