I am having trouble copying pages and subpages

I am a licensed user and have full permission.

I get "An error occurred. Please try again later." When I attempt to copy a page and its subpages to a different location.

This is really unknowing. Is there anyone who has or is experiencing a similar problem? If yes, any solution would be appreciated.

the questions is, under which circumstances does that happen?

The only times when I run into such errors is when I`m connected from my homeoffice workplace (VPN -> Server connection takes too long)

How is the general performance in your instance and did you check the atlassian-confluence logfile for Warnings/Errors?

Hi Chris,

I am working from the office.

Note: No VPN is connected.

I didn't check the log file, I will ask my IT admin for the same.
