I cannot tag anyone

Hi everyone. As of Friday I can't tag anyone inside Confluence using the @ symbol. I looked in my Editor settings and everything is enabled. Why could this be happening?

Welcome to Atlassian Community. It's nice to meet you! Could you please let me know the following about your situation?

1. I see you have a few different Cloud sites. Could you tell me if you encounter this issue on more than one site?
2. Is anyone else having the same problem?
3. Are you not able to mention any users, including yourself? If it's only specific users, you may be affected by the bug ID-7089. Please let me know if you believe you are affected by that bug.
4. Are you able to replicate this across multiple browsers, workstations, and networks?

We cannot type @ in confluence. It simply does not appear.

So, we have to manually tag people... / and use the mention. So no, the note you sent doesn't help... Any suggestions? It seems to be a bug in your system.

Thank you for confirming.

I see you have four different Cloud sites associated with your account. Can you confirm that you can replicate the issue on all four sites? 100% of your users are encountering this issue, to your knowledge?

If it's a bug in our system, we'll need to take a look at that. I see that you do have a few Cloud accounts which are eligible for support via the Support Portal, I would recommend reporting the issue there so we can have a look at your site and report the bug with development.
