I accidentally started a free trial for the Standard Plan and didn't enter any billing details.
Last week, I switched back to the free plan, but I keep getting emails saying my account will be deactivated if I don't add billing details.
Is this an error? Do I need to do anything else? My user count is under 10.

I would advise you to open a ticket with Atlassian to be sure, but if the settings for the Confluence admin.atlassian.com, you have a free plan, I think you should be okay.
