Identical pages in different spaces

First Last December 24, 2015

Hi all

We run our wiki in Confluence Cloud. It happens that there are identical docs, like schedules/tables, in different spaces.

We have 24 spaces in total.
Five teams have an identical page in their spaces with a schedule as a content. Do I have to make corrections for every page if I want to alter the schedule?

  • Is it possible to sync them after I edit just one of them, without having to edit all of them?
  • Can I have a "master" page with such a behavior when I edit it, all its clones or copies all over the Confluence pickup changes?

Does anyone know if it is possible ?

Thank you

I would create the page in one place, then delete the content of all the copied pages, replacing it with

{include[space:name of master page]}

That's exactly the use case the include macro is built for!
