Every time I create a JIRA ticket with pictures or video, then when I open the ticket again the image do not display anymore and display instead "Preview Unavailable".
It happens to everyone in my organisation, with every type of image/video.
Is there a way to solve this ? This is so painful.
On the other thread, I did not find another solution that works (I tried the "Google Chrome" deactivate extension things without success, plus it happens on all navigator).
