I use the paid Confluence Cloud for work. I want to import a word document. My version appears to have no IMPORT option. I have followed the advice from the below pages and MY Confluence does not offer an import option.

It seems both those links are slightly out of date.
The menu for the templates is now at the bottom of the screen after creating a new page.
Then the right hand menu will open up once you select "All templates". Select the Import tab and the different options live there.
@Ryan Brumberg Just to add, as getting to that screen is far from obvious in the UI...
When the new page UI opens, click the three dots and select Templates & import doc.
Then you'll see the menu on the second @Shawn Doyle - ReleaseTEAM's screenshot.

This works now! What a non-obvious UI...
In addition, the "Help" feature has no relavent responses when I tried searching for "Import Word"

@Ryan Brumberg you can also install our app https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1233074/office-editor-for-confluence-edit-excel-word-powerpoint?hosting=cloud&tab=overview
It's free and allows you to import and edit any Word document into a Confluence page, with no formatting issues. Keep the best of both Word and Confluence.
