In the latest iteration of confluence cloud, is it possible to use template variable in a macro?

My trying to make a sprint review template for our team. I'd like to enter a sprint name as a variable so that the various jira issue macros can automatically display the proper sprint content without me manually editing each macro. Is this at all possible?

I've been looking for a solution to the same issue. The only thing I can find is the Source Editor for Confluence app. This app allows you to edit the source HTML, so you can do a find and replace for the sprint ID. The find and replace works for macros and iframes. I'm not sure if the cost of the app is worth the time saved in updating sprint IDs, but it's the best I could find.
