Inline KnowledgeBaseDraft comments not working

Hi everyone, I have read all the posts regarding Inline comments not working.

On our Knowledgebasedraft section we have a lot of inline comments marked in yellow. Since yesterday we can not click on them or they don't pop-up anymore. What could be the problem.

If this is regarding an app, how do I know which one?

I need help urgently please

We have a similar problem, when starting an inline comment the comment box pops up at the very top of the page. @Theresa Barnard can you tell me which posts you are referring to?

Hi @Simon Otten , that is the thing there is no box popping up at the moment, nothing happens.
But I see that if I edit the page and update it, it works as normal, So now the issue is solved. Not sure why this is happening.

It seems to be fixed for us now too, without editing a page. Potentially atlassian pushed a fix for this. Thank you
