I am posting this again as I tried to respond to a possible answer and the system told me it had expired, even though it was from Friday and this is only Monday.
For a little background, yesterday I noticed while editing a Confluence (Cloud) page, that one of the "insert excerpts" in our panel was only displaying one character wide, then just going infinitely downward. It was only happening to me, everything was displaying normally for my coworkers, and it was only in edit mode.
I called our other admin who is much more on the technical side than I am. He looked at the source code and saw nothing wrong. The only thing that showed up weird was that when the "remove title and frame" box was checked it displayed one character wide. When it wasn't checked, it was not doing one character wide, but the formatting went back to how it looked before we went to the cloud.
Has anyone else experienced something like this? If you need more information, let me know.
Thank you!
Also, unless our confluence is doing something weird and not telling us, we are not using live docs (in response to a possible answer). We haven't utilized live docs at all yet. This is only a problem for me and my coworkers aren't experiencing the same issue. I think it were live docs they would also be seeing the problem, would they not? Genuine question as we haven't worked with them yet. The only thing I really know about them is what I learned at the Team 25.

To put your mind at ease, you're not the only one! We discovered some of us had this issue around 10 days ago and it wasn't consistent across users, despite accessing the same page and space in edit mode.
I did override it via CSS to "fix it", the class name cc-11exwsr needed container set to normal from inline-size, but this is unlikely to be a global fix.
