Integrate external users

Hi,
is it possible to integrate confluence accounts (grant access same way as internal users) which have been created, managed and licensed through a different company. Ideally the external user can link the sites from our space to his account.

Yes, this is entirely possible.  As an Atlassian Confluence Administrator, you can give external users (with an Atlassian account) access to your Confluence instance.

Ok, thank you. Can you also give me a hint how to do it? I just get the information "I have the spaces of my other customers at the right hand side".
I've sent an invitation and the user had to chose which account to login with his address.

There are 2 types of users:  external users, and normal users.  External user have many limits, and are free of charge.

Normal users will cost you money, and you are free to assign them to spaces.

A user will be prompted to choose their account if they have multiple accounts (or different users were using the same computer).
