Is JIRA 7.0 compatible with confluence 5.5.3?

Hi,

Can anyone please confirm whether JIRA 7.0 is compatible with confluence 5.5.3?

We are planning to upgrade jira from 6.4 to 7.0 but we cannot upgrade confluence as of now due to some 3rd party plugin dependency. I tried to check the info at below link but was not able to deduce it.

https://confluence.atlassian.com/applinks/application-links-version-matrix-779174762.html

Many thanks!

Bhupesh

Hi @Bhupesh Nagda

from the page you linked to:

  • Products using AppLinks 4.1 or earlier cannot be linked to products using AppLinks 5.0 or later

and in the table in the same page you can find:

  • AppLinks 4.1 - Confluence 5.5
  • AppLinks 5.0.3 - Jira Software 7.0

Based on this, I'd say that Confluence 5.5.3 would not be able to link to Jira 7.0

Let me know if you have any questions,

Do we have 7.3.8 jira that confluence versions can be integrated?
