Unable to get into the site. Getting the connectivity error.
Confluence seems to be up and running without any problems (https://confluence.status.atlassian.com/). Best thing to do is to contact Atlassian's support.
As specified by @Alex Koxaras _Relational_ there are no issues reported by Atlassian team (https://confluence.status.atlassian.com/). My cloud instance works well
