Is it possible to collect form data and export it to excel?

Hi,

I have a form with 10 fields. I have 25 such forms. Is it possible to capture the form information and export it to an excel sheet in confluence?

You can create and attach an external php file that's called when you submit the form that handles the conversion from html to the excel file.

How is the form implemented? How did you store results?
