Is it possible to give different access permissions to a folder created within a page?

Hi all

I have a confluence workspace that is open to everyone in my org, I want to create a folder within a page and give access to this folder to only a few people in my team. 

Is this possible?

Permissions and restrictions aren’t customizable on the Free plan.

Yes I can see that option and configured the access permissions to my needs.
