Is there a way for a `Table of Contents` to exclude headers from an `Include Page’?

Will May July 23, 2020

I'm writing a page that includes the contents of another page, but I don't want its headings to be included in the Table of Contents. Instead, I'd like my own heading for the included page. I can manually exclude those headers, but if the other page changes, then I'd have to update my page. Is there a way to do this automatically?
