I'm looking for ways to more easily add events to a Confluence calendar that I'm already scheduling on my calendar in Outlook. For example, I've scheduled a big meeting of a user research readout via Outlook and emailed employees and distribution groups. Is there a way that I could add an entity/email that is my Confluence user research calendar? I get that this may involve an integration with Confluence and Active Directory

That's an excellent idea, and thank you for sharing it. It's not possible in Team Calendars at this time, but we have an open feature request for that below:
