Is there a way to collaboratively update an excel spreadsheet within Confluence?

Currently, TEAMS has a function that allows users to update an excel spreadsheet together on the same page without needing to download and re-save a file...Does Confluence have this capability? I am trying to help our teams move away from updating files in TEAMs and instead update through Confluence but I cannot seem to find an efficient way for this kind of collaboration?

You can try our add-on Excellentable to Collaboratively edit spreadsheets inside Confluence.

Collaborative editing is for page content, not attachments so you will not be able to collaborative edit in Excel in Confluence.  Here is a thread that discusses potential plugins.
