My team and I have created a file list page listing out files that people can reference to for the latest version of the file instead of downloading it.

I'm looking to see if there's a way to group them so it's easier to read and find the appropriate file. Something like the below (noting that each file has it's unique name)

ADS:

File 1

File 2

File 3

LPKIHI:

File 1

File 2

File 3

SJHAIIDUSA:

File 1

File 2

File 3

Hi @Kalia Martin and welcome,

you can do that adding a specific label for each group of files and use attachment macro that filter attachments per label basis.

Please take a look here https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/use-labels-to-organize-your-content/

Hope this helps,

Fabio
