Good day! I am trying to access Jira and Confluence via Google Chrome. First symptom was when Confluence was eternally loading instead of giving me chance to edit pages. The same thing is still happening in Safari.

Now it shows me a message of this error.

I’ve added to allowed scripts in settings of browser the asked one: https://id-frontend.prod-east.frontend.public.atl-paas.net

But it didn’t solve my problem((

Could you please help me?

Hi @Darya Gimmelbrodskaya ,

Could you please try the following steps to allow JavaScript for Atlassian in Chrome:

  1. Open Chrome Settings

  2. Scroll down and click on Advanced

  3. Under Privacy and Security, click on Site Settings

  4. Click on JavaScript

  5. Ensure JavaScript is set to Allowed

  6. Under the Allow section, click Add

  7. Paste the URL shown in the error message and click Add

Thanks,
Geethanjali
