Jira can't connect to confluence

Adriana January 23, 2025

When accessing Jira and using the Project Pages option, the workspace or page not found alert appears. When I try to connect, the pages are shown, but when I try to connect the workspace, “Connection Failed” appears. If I access the Confluence URL directly, it works normally.

Hi @Adriana and welcome to the Community

If you click that 9 dot icon in the top left corner of your Jira UI, do you see the desired Confluence among the Confluence sites available within your Org?
