Managing Users in Confluence Free Plan

Hello,

In my newly created instance of Confluence Cloud Free plan I can invite new users, but I cannot check on their status or set which groups they should be part of.

Also the confluence-admins-mydomain group is empty and I am the org-admins group. I cannot add myself to the confluence-admins-mydomain group.

Does anybody have any advice?

@Jenni Wallin Welcome to the Atlassian community

You should be able to see users in the atlassian admin under user and ones that are active.  Under groups you can click on the group and add a user to that group.

@Brant Schroeder , yes sorry for not responding. It turns out my browser had me logged in with a different mail account while I was logged in with the right account in the confluence instance - which was not entirely obvious.

Once I logged in with the right account in the browser as well I managed to see what I expected and assign users to groups, etc.
