Migrate Jira & Confluence data/content

We would like to move all the data & content from our supplier's self-hosted JIRA & Confluence project into our own cloud Jira/Confluence at the end of a project.

Is there documentation/guidance on moving content & data between instances?  Export and import?

Thanks for the link.  That looks like the entire JIRA server - we would only want our specific project (and Confluence space) migrating from the supplier's instance.

Then it is better to import data with CSV as project import is not available for cloud.
