I have multiple teams and channels subscribed to a Confluence site. However, I do have at least one channel (that is private) where I cannot get a reference to the "@Confluence" bot at all. Nothing ever shows up and links to Confluence articles in this site are not resolved.
This functionality is NOT supported by Microsoft yet.
Currently, private channels support connectors and tabs (except Stream, Planner, and Forms). We're working on full apps support for private channels, including messaging extensions and bots.
