Moving from Cloud to AWS (30 users Confluence)

I'm a technical writer - my client is using Confluence Cloud, and we're developing online help using confluence.  This eventually needs to be behind a firewall, so looking at moving from Cloud to server.  I've no experience moving Confluence to AWS.  I've found some docs on using Data Center on AWS - but not straightforward Server version.
I'm guessing there are no issues migrating from Confluence Cloud to Server version hosted on AWS - can someone tell me if that's correct, and point me to some docs on the matter?

thanks.
