Does Opsgenie support multi-tenancy?

Organisation A and Organisation B under a main organisation to isolate alert management for different teams.

OpsGenie does not natively support multi-tenancy in the sense that organizations A and B would have entirely separate and isolated alert management systems under a single main organization, with no sharing or overlap between them.

For sure, isolated alert management for different teams under a single license using workspaces is possible.

• Set up distinct workspaces within your OpsGenie account for each location or office, effectively creating separate environments for each team.
• This segregation enables you to isolate alerts, configurations, and user management for each team, preventing visibility into unrelated alerts from other teams.
• Additionally, assign customized permissions within each workspace to control what each team can see, acknowledge, and manage, ensuring they only access alerts relevant to their specific area of responsibility.
