Use Case: Capture feedback at the page level from Confluence users with view-only access as issue in JIRA. A solution is needed for Cloud.

Absolutely... We can embed JIRA issue collectors in our application and our websites. It is everything we need except... we need to be able to collect this information on our help documentation as well. I understand why embedding JavaScript in the Cloud version would not be good for Atlassian... but an issue collector add-on makes alot of sense and should be safe. I can put all kinds of other JIRA stuff on my confluence page... why not this?
