New Editor Tables and Formatting

I have two questions regarding the new editor on Confluence.

1) Is there a way to convert all pages in a space to the new editor or does every single one have to be converted manually when editing?

2) Can you set the size of tables and images in the new editor? Otherwise you get these scroll bars on tables that wouldn't need any and images that are difficult to adapt to the page layout.

2. You can't set the size of images like you do on server (set exact pixels). You can click and drag an image to set it according to the grid, which will appear when you click on the edge handles of an image.
   Table can be set only to three sizes if you click on the <-> of the upper right corner of a table. You could theoretically insert this table on an HTML macro (you require an app for this) and set the HTML macro width (but I haven't tested it)
