×Hi all,
We are trying to create confluence and jira account and when we are giving site name, its just spinning indefinitely. We created trello account later but not able to create confluence. Can any one help us with it?
Thanks
Amit
Hi @Amit kumar welcome to the Atlassian community.
Atlassian team had fixed few issues on Sep 20th and we are able to use or create Atlassian products (free trial) with out any challenges.
I would request you to check the network connectivity issues and / or clearing browser cache/ cookies/ temp. files and recheck.
Hi @G subramanyam ,
Thanks for reply.
I have tried clearing cache and on incognito mode but nothing is working.
Thanks
Amit

Hi @Amit kumar thank you for sharing the screenshots.
The final option is to contact the Atlassian support team with the above screenshots.

Hi @Amit kumar ,
I'm wondering if you were able to create a new Confluence Cloud instance successfully?
If not, have you tried with a different domain name? This is just for testing purpose.
Also, I'm aware that you were unable to create support ticket due to lack of an instance. Let me know and I can see what I can do to create a ticket on your behalf.

Hi Amit, are you trying to set up a new Confluence and Jira instance?
Could you tell us the steps you have taken so far, and then we can see where you get stuck to find a solution forward?

I remember this happened for me before as well. Are you by any chance using Firefox? It was a problem for me, I think...
I tried a different browser, and then it worked just fine.
Have you tried a different browser, just to verify that this is not the issue?

I could create just fine.
I would send a ticket to support and see if they can help because this seems to be a localized issue, so you might be on a cluster that has issues or there are some other network issues.

Yeah it could be. I am not able to create support ticket as well. because on support ticket it is asking for site name which i am not able to create because of this issue and then its redirecting me to community :(

I pinged Atlasian suppport on Twitter to see if they can drop by here and give you a hand.
If you have Twitter then you can contact them at https://twitter.com/AskAtlassian
I gave them the link to this thread, so hopefully they can reach out to you and help you get this sorted soon.
