Notes in gliffy diagrams are not shown

We use gliffy diagrams in confluence. When a note is added in the diagram, it doesn't show. I searched for this and encountered this  question before:

It says that the issue has been solved in gliffy version 9.4.1. I use gliffy version 10.1.7, but notes don't show. I tried several browsers: Chrome as well as Edge, without result.
