Notify blog owners for outdated blogs through Automation

Hi

I've been trying to create an automation which notifies blogpost authors that their blog needs to be reviewed and archived if it's older than a year.

this is what I've been trying but with no luck. What am I doing wrong? Is this possible via automation as of today? 

These are the two options I've tried but both didn't work.
