Can i get openAPI documentation plugin from confluence server to confluence cloud using the confluence migration assistant tool?

There are a few different Open API apps in the Marketplace, so the answer may depend on which one you are using.

If you use Open API Documentation for Confluence by O’Hara Group, then yes migrating your page content with the Confluence Cloud Migration Tool is generally all you need to do.
