Organize pages by label

Is it possible to have pages automatically become children of another page based on labels? For example, say I have a template that creates pages with the label "meeting". I have another page that essentially summarizes what that label is and how it should be used. The summary page already includes a list macro that lists everything with the "meeting" label, but I also want everything with this label to become a child of the summary page to help with the space organization. Is it possible to do this or do the users need to manually move each "meeting" page so that it's under the summary page?

You could have a parent page with a create from template macro on it. When a user clicks the button a new page is create under that parent page automatically.
