What's the provision to provide internal content access to outside partners who do not have confluence license access?

Hi @Digvijaya Swain and welcome to the community,

In addition to what Harshit said, you can use public links to share only a handful of pages to your external collborators, if that's your case.

You can invite them as guest on Confluence.
