When I use the PDF export functionality in Confluence, I expect the company logo to display above the document title. However, no logo displays. Our logo previously displayed when using PDF export functionality. However, I did try some steps to resolve the issue based on some community suggestions:
1. Created a page in the same Confluence workspace as the document to be pdf'd.
2. I uploaded the company logo to the new page.
3. I copied the link of the attached image and....
4. Pasted the image URL to the PDF template where the previous jpg file displayed.
Unfortunately, this did not fix the issue.
I have also copied the filename of the logo and replaced the URL with this value.
Any ideas why the company logo no longer displays using PDF Export?
thank you!
Hi @rae edwards
Any chance it stopped working in the last two days?
Atlassian fixed this bug and I wonder if anything else might get broken.

This is still an issue for us. We do not want to pay for another add-on for functionality that existed.

It is broken. I tried almost anything I've read with no luck.
PDF stylesheet with header images was working for years, now it's gone! Can't use corporate print outs anymore!
Please fix this

Hi there.
I faced the same issue on my end and solved it by using base64 encoded versions instead of attachments.
You can use this to convert your images into base64: https://pr.gg/base64/
Select "Image" on the top left selectbox, and drag&drop your image in the app. Then take the "src" value generated on the right.
Then use the generated content like so :
CSS file size seems to be limited so be advised that you might face errors if your CSS file becomes too big because of it.
A solution can be to optimize your jpg/png file to make the size smaller.
This is the best solution that doesn't require an extension until Atlassian fixes it.
Have a great day !
Cyril.
